Return and Refund Policy
Duolify OY is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.
Returns
Under EU and UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order and return the purchased product within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a specific reason (Right of Withdrawal).
Return Conditions:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing an Approved Refund:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- In the event of order cancellation before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 14 days of your cancellation notice.
- Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our customer service: support@canmu.eu.
Return Costs
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Duolify OY will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items lost in transit.
Exceptions
- The right to withdraw does not apply to customized or personalized products, or items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
- Digital products are non-refundable once download/access has begun with your consent.
