We currently deliver products within EU and UK. If you wish to have your order delivered outside of these areas, please contact our customer service at support@canmu.eu.

Delivery Time: Delivery within Finland usually takes 1–10 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on product availability and delivery address.

In exceptional circumstances, such as during peak seasons or force majeure events, delivery may be delayed. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible.
3. Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are added to the final total at checkout and depend on the selected delivery method and destination.

We use reliable delivery services such as UPS or other carriers. If available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
5. Receiving Deliveries

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is correct and that the order can be received at the time of delivery.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the item, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
